About Our Multiple Floor Plans

At South Knoxville Senior Living, we redefine senior living. Therefore, our apartment-style Villas release residents from the stress, responsibilities, and expense of maintaining a traditional home or apartment. Our multiple floor plan offerings include comfortable living spaces with built-in armoires for individuals, companions, or couples. Most importantly, we offer monthly rental agreements with no buy-in fees or long-term lease commitments.
